Our services are available on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. We also offer one-time residential cleaning services and special occasion cleaning services. If you select our regular residential cleaning service, our team will perform the following:
Kitchen
- Mop or vacuum the kitchen floor.
- Dust and vacuum any kitchen area rug(s).
- Wipe down kitchen countertops and backsplash.
- Clean kitchen doors, including both interior and exterior glass doors, and door handles.
- Scrub and sanitize the kitchen sink and faucet.
- Wipe and dust the top surfaces of all appliances, including the stove, hood, fridge, and dishwasher.
- Spot clean and wipe the exteriors of kitchen cabinets.
- Wipe the inside and outside of the microwave.
- Clean and wipe kitchen table(s) and chairs.
- Remove any spider webs in corners.
- Spot clean and wipe all kitchen cabinets.
- Clean and wipe windowsills.
- Wipe down baseboards.
- Empty trash cans and wastebaskets.
- Wipe light switches and electrical outlets.
Bathrooms
- Clean and sanitize toilets.
- Clean the vanity sink.
- Clean the exteriors of bathroom cabinets.
- Clean and sanitize bathroom sinks and faucets.
- Clean and sanitize tubs and shower enclosures.
- Clean and wipe bathroom mirrors.
- Fold and organize bathroom towels.

- Remove all spiderwebs (ceilings, high and low corners, down near baseboards, etc.)
Our Post-Construction Cleaning goes above and beyond, encompassing all the features of our recurring cleaning service and adding the following specialized tasks:
Post-Construction
- Remove all labels from bathrooms, windows, toilets, and kitchen.
- Vacuum and clean window tracks.
- Clean window frames and seals, removing any paint and plaster.
- Clean all doors, frames, and baseboards.
- Clean the kitchen, including appliances and cabinets inside and out.
- Hand mop bathroom floors.
- Clean showers, tubs, and toilets inside and out.
- Clean mirrors.
- Rinse all porcelain surfaces and polish.
- Polish all chrome fixtures.
- Vacuum out all heating/cooling ducts.
- Vacuum all carpets in the entire house, including wall edges.
- Wipe tops of all electrical outlet covers.
- Wipe chandeliers and light fixtures.
- Clean all thresholds, damp-mop the kitchen floor.
- Sweep and/or vacuum the garage and driveways.
- Wipe off the water heater and any other dusty surfaces.
